Ordering
You can order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- If you click the order button with the item, this is added to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping or place your order.
- Then you enter your address details. From this point on the order process is SSL-secured. The required fields are indicated with an * (asterisk). If there are any required details missing from the order form, delivery will only take place in case of prepayment.
You can save your customer details by ticking “Save this address for the next time (only on this computer)” at the bottom of the page.
- Select the desired payment method.
- You will receive an order summary for verification. If you agree, please confirm your order.
For online payments, you are automatically forwarded to a separate secure payment page.
The order confirmation and shipping messages are only sent by email. For this reason it is important to list a current email address and to take your spam filter into account!

Safe payment
We attach great value to secure payment. Naaipatronen.nl cooperates with Payment Service Provider (PSP) Buckaroo. The “lock” at the bottom right of the payment screen shows you that you are on a secure SSL page.
You can pay us safely with the following payment methods:
- iDEAL

- PayPal

- Mastercard en VISA

- payment slip upon delivery (€ 3.75 surcharge)

- bank transfer before delivery

- direct debit

Online payments are handled immediately. It may occur that a sold-out pattern is shipped after your payment is debited.
For orders where payment must take place before delivery (prepayment or bank transfer) will be reserved for 1 week at most.

Term of payment
The term of payment is 14 days. For late payment, the statutory interest plus € 7,50 reminder fee will be charged. Upon default of payment, the claim is handed over to TM Incasso BV.

Invoicing
- You will receive an invoice with VAT-listing with your order.
- Upon payment through payment slip, you will receive an invoice with payment slip attached.
- Partial deliveries are invoiced separately.

Return shipment and exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 business day, if they are undamaged and unused. That is why we request that you cut packaging open carefully and neatly! Magazines cannot be exchanged or returned.
You must pay your own postage on return or exchange shipments. Unstamped return shipments will be charged for at least € 2.95 or the amount of the additional shipping costs is added.
After the receipt of your return, you will receive a return confirmation and a credit note. Please enclose the packing list or a note with your name and address and any desired substitute items, so we know who the sender of the shipment is.
We charge standard shipping costs for sending the new pattern in case of exchange.
A minimum of 50% of the invoice amount is charged for return shipment after 7 business day, when the items are returned damaged/used and in case of magazines.
Please check your order immediately after receipt. Any defects or faults should be reported in writing as soon as possible.
MARFY PATTERNS: No returns will be accepted by Naaipatronen.nl or Marfy for any Marfy Patterns or catalogs purchased at Naaipatronen.nl or Sewingpatterns.eu.

Loyal customer account and newsletter
The order form offers you the opportunity to register for a Loyal Customer Account with newsletter. You will receive a discount code by email, which will give you 10% discount for every following order (on the conditions valid at that time).
- Registration for an account is only possible through registration in the order form.
The loyal customer account is inextricably bound to the newsletter.
- The discount is automatically calculated in the shopping basket when you enter the code and click the order button. Without discount code no discount is given, even if you have a loyal customer account.
- No discount is given on books, magazines, sale items and special offers.

You are the first to be informed of special offers and new items first through the newsletter.
You can cancel the newsletter at any time through the link in the newsletter or on this website. If you also have a loyal customer account, the right to discount lapses upon cancellation of the newsletter. Your email address is never passed on to third parties (see also our privacy statement).

Delivery
Deliveries are shipped through TNT letterbox post on business day. This means you do not have to stay in for them! Only large orders are shipped through TNT parcel post. In case of absence, it is presented again or you can collect it from the nearest post office. Your parcel is not left with neighbours.
Collection by appointment is possible. You can tick this option during the ordering process.
You will receive a shipping notice on the day of shipping.
Subsequent deliveries are shipped at no extra cost.

Delivery time
We try to deliver the items within 3 business day. We will try to explain here why it is impossible for us to indicate an exact delivery time.
In most cases, orders placed before 14.00 are shipped on the same day. Of the more than 6,000 sewing patterns, we have two copies of each size in stock at most. It may occur that the pattern you ordered is out of stock. Our stocks are replenished twice a week, very seldom making the delivery time longer than one week.
There are few exceptions:
- a number of smaller/less well-known brands are imported from the USA. We regularly experience that shipments are held for more than 3 weeks (!) by Dutch customs for clearance. We do not know beforehand which orders will be selected, causing the delivery time to sometimes run up to a month. Fortunately, this does not happen often.
- in special offer-periods, when it is exceptionally busy in the shop, the delivery time may increase somewhat.
- for shipping to addresses outside of the Netherlands (Europe), the delivery time is longer by an average of 2 business day. Depending on the mail delivery service in the country in question, the delivery time may be one week.
You will receive a message from us if the delivery time may be longer than the indicated delivery time. You will then have the opportunity to cancel your order or to choose an alternative item. You are sent a shipping notice on the day of shipping. Your order should then be delivered within the indicated delivery time. If this is not the case, please get in touch with us.
Important: If you need a pattern before a certain date, please get in touch without before you place your order. We can then inform you of the delivery time. This helps to prevent disappointment.
New orders are only delivered after payment of earlier delivered orders! The items are reserved for 1 week at most.

We do our best to process your order to your complete satisfaction. Should you have had bad experiences with your order or our service, we would appreciate swift notification of the matter. We will do our utmost to come to a solution.

Terms and conditions
Our Terms of Delivery apply to all our services and deliveries. These have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce Friesland under number 01102561 on 8 August 2006.
To be able to place an order, you need to agree with the terms and conditions by ticking the box on the customer details page during the ordering process. We assume that you will not agree to the terms and conditions until you have actually read them.

Privacy
Naaipatronen.nl will register the following details during an order:
- name, address, town, email address, date of birth and telephone number
- the IP address of the computer on which the order is placed.
These details are used exclusively for handling your order and registration of our customer composition (such as age and region). After registration for the newsletter, your email address and name will be registered in separate database for the dispatch of digital newsletters and special offers. On cancellation of the newsletter, the details are removed from this database.
Naaipatronen.nl does not send unsolicited advertising and does not provide customer details to third parties.
Printed order information and customer information forms are destroyed by Van Gansewinkel archive destruction.
